1. Purpose and parties
This contract governs the rental of one or more portable air conditioners ("the equipment") between louermaclim.ch ("the lessor") and any individual or legal entity who has placed an order on this site ("the tenant").
2. Duration and price
- Tiered rate incl. VAT per air conditioner: CHF 26.–/day (days 1 to 3), CHF 15.–/day (days 4 to 18), then CHF 10.–/day from day 19 onward.
- Installation by our team: +CHF 50.– per air conditioner (optional).
- Upper-floor delivery: +CHF 15.– per air conditioner (optional).
- Minimum duration: 1 day. Maximum duration per order: 30 renewable days.
3. Payment
A bank pre-authorisation is made when you order. The amount is charged upon actual delivery of the equipment. If the item is unavailable, the pre-authorisation is released free of charge within 7 business days.
4. Delivery and collection
Delivery takes place within the area shown on the /lieux page, at a time slot agreed by phone or SMS. Collection of the equipment is included in the price; the tenant agrees to return the equipment in a normal state of cleanliness.
5. Tenant's liability
The tenant is responsible for the equipment throughout the rental period. In case of loss, theft or significant damage, a flat fee of CHF 700.– per air conditioner may be charged.
6. Termination and withdrawal
Any order can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before delivery. After this deadline, the first day remains due. In case of a prolonged heatwave, the tenant may extend the rental from their customer area or by email.
7. Applicable law
This contract is governed by Swiss law. The exclusive jurisdiction is that of the lessor's registered office, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
